Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
Bulk integrations, laboratory parameters, and custom schedules are subject to signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Please consult your SLA package documentation for cancellation notice windows.
2. Defective Shipments
Any defective structural components or print assets reported to info@tomagotech.in inside 7 operational days will qualify for prompt technical replacements.
3. Processing Timelines
Approved physical refunds are dispatched within 5-7 business days to the original instrument used for registration.
